4:Installing these files are a little time consuming but worth the effort if you go manually like "extract, delete and add".<br />

I haven't used the gta mod installer before and i don't know much about it. But i think you can install the "Texture.zip" using the 'script file' option and directing it to the vice city directory!<br />

"But please BACKUP YOUR FILES before doing so"<br />

Remember to rebuild archive once you are done.<br />
