This mod enables a third person crosshair.

2. INSTALLATION

Unzip the package to:
X:Program FilesBethesda SoftworksOblivionData

The structure should look like:
OblivionDatamenusmainhud_reticle.xml

3. UNINSTALLATION

Simply go to the folder in which you placed the .xml file and delete
hud_reticle.xml.

4. HOW TO USE
--------------------------------------------------------------------

After installation, simply run the game how you normally would.
There is no need to add a plugin via "Data Files" in the Oblivion
menu.

1. Activation icon still shows during conversation; not bad.
